Most of our bread is made from an ancient sourdough starter recipe. All our products are handmade. The dough is prepared at least 16 hours before baking, so the bread can grow slowly and naturally. We try our best to maintain all the natural flavor from different grains we use. Most of our bread contain only 4 ingredients.
